This page lists all the skill gems from the game Path of Exile, along with details about each of them such as socket colors, tags, or where to buy them already leveled. With so many gems in the game (450+ as of my last count), this tool is intended to help with build-making, and simply keeping up with the game.
Additionally, the Gem Planner allows you to plan (and share) your gem progression throughout the game: manage a sortable collection of gems, with clear details on when and how to find them.
Let's say you would like to figure out what Chaos damage skill to use for your dexterity-stacking melee character.
To know that, you would click on the Chaos tag to activate it, meaning only gems with that specific tag will be shown in the list. Then you would also click twice on the Herald and Support tags, to filter out the gems you are not interested in.
You could get only green socket skills by activating Green in the Requirements>Sockets filters, and remove all the gems that require bows by turning Bows off in Requirements>Weapons.
Finally, press the Start the search button and look at the results. Our example would look like this, after I've sorted the result by ascending level (to know which gems I could level with, first).
You can get additional information by hovering your cursor over any text underlined with dots.
I update the data myself using a complex script. The complete list can be downloaded here and is free to use.
